Refund & Satisfaction Policy

We built Bestie Ballad around a simple promise: hear it first, pay only if you love it. Here's how we handle satisfaction and refunds.

Try before you buy

Every song starts with a free preview. You can refine that preview up to three times before you pay a cent, so you know exactly what you're getting.

After you purchase

Once you unlock your full song, you can request up to ten revisions to get it just right. If something isn't landing — the tone, a lyric, the style — tell us and we'll work with you to fix it.

Refunds

Because your song is a custom digital product created just for you, purchases are generally final. That said, we stand behind our work. If we can't get your song to a place you're happy with after using your revisions, email support@bestieballad.com within 14 days of purchase and we'll make it right — including a refund where appropriate.

Problems with delivery

If you were charged but didn't receive your song, or the download link isn't working, contact us right away and we'll resolve it or refund you in full.
