Welcome to Bestie Ballad, operated by Clandestine Networks, Inc., a California corporation. By using our website and services, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
What we do
Bestie Ballad creates original, custom songs about your pet based on the details you provide. You hear a free preview first and only pay to unlock the full song.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract to use Bestie Ballad.
Your content
You keep ownership of the details you submit (your pet's name, memories, and so on). You grant us the limited right to use that information to create and deliver your song and to operate the service. You confirm you have the right to share what you submit and that it isn't unlawful or infringing.
Your song and how you can use it
When you purchase, you receive a personal-use license to your song — you may stream, download, and share it for personal, non-commercial purposes (for example, with family and friends or on your personal social media). Commercial use, resale, or redistribution as a product requires our written permission. Songs are generated with AI, and similar inputs may produce similar results; we don't guarantee your song is wholly unique.
Payment
The full song costs $29 (USD) unless otherwise stated. Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices and features may change, but changes won't affect an order you've already completed.
Revisions
You can refine your free preview up to three times before purchase, and request up to ten revisions after purchase, subject to fair use. We may decline requests that are abusive or attempt to generate unrelated songs from a single purchase.
Acceptable use
- Don't use Bestie Ballad to create unlawful, hateful, harassing, or infringing content.
- Don't attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or abuse the service or its usage limits.
- Don't resell the service or misrepresent our songs as your own commercial product.
Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is.” We work hard to deliver songs you'll love, but we can't guarantee specific artistic results, uninterrupted availability, or fitness for a particular purpose to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Bestie Ballad and Clandestine Networks, Inc. won't be liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order at issue.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
